We don't know how else to do good food. We've been against anything-pre-made or pre-packaged for the 28 years we've been open. We purchase the best produce available, smoke our own salmon, wash, cut and spin our own lettuce, hand slice our own meat and make every salad dressing and even the caramel for our cheesecakes from scratch. What we’d really like is a pasture out back. We know, we’re not normal. But that’s what seems to keep bringing people back. And we’re happy about that because our customers are our favorite part.
