Full-Service & Fresh
Just because we're called "Cheesecakes Unlimited" doesn't mean we're just a bakery. We're actually a full-service restaurant with some of the tastiest food in town. We just happen to have unbelievable desserts, most of which we make from scratch.
Like we said, we're big on fresh. We get many of our vegetables from a local farm. If we can promote sustainability and support our local economy at the same time, sign us up. Plus, every order that comes through the kitchen is made that instant. There's a constant buzz of dicing, slicing, cooking and blanching. We don't use a ten-day supply of diced vegetables or any of that pre-cooked stuff.
Even our fried foods are "fresh." We make our own beer batter and use zero trans fat oils in all our fried foods. Leave it to us to invent fried food that's fresh.
The Mezzanine Floor
Our mezzanine floor upstairs is a special feature perfect for parties or business meetings. It seats up to 50 and has sweeping curtains to keep your conversations private.
23 Years and Going Strong
After three decades of chef experience, including 23 years as the owner of Cheesecakes Unlimited, Nick Parker has finally come full circle. Originally starting business in Downtown Redding, then moving to the Enterprise area, he is now finally back to his roots, Downtown. What's incredible is that even with all the moves the food tastes the same today as it did back then, or so insists one of our original customers. That makes us happy.
